1 /5 Kelly Crowe: When I walked in, there was no visible employees. I wandered the entire store and then a man walked behind the counter who had no name tag on and no identifier that he actually worked there so when I got there, I thought he was one of the customers. I brought in a pair of jeans that I had gotten as a gift and I wanted another pair. He wandered around without speaking to me then he got on his headset, finally came over and spoke to me and told me that they didn’t have them. I asked if they were discontinued he says d yes and then that was it he just walked away. I’m looking for jeans. I need jeans. It was not suggested that I try another pair that might be acceptable to my fit.

Their grand opening was poorly advertised.
Its a new store so of course it should look nice and organized. Putting the check out counter in the middle was a bad idea. The layout of the store does not have a good flow.
Out of 6 employees not one smiled or greeted us as we entered nor did they ask if we needed help. These kids are not experienced and have no people skills and no customer service skills. The cashiers are extremely slow.
5 /5 LMT CCMA: I went into Old Navy, specifically looking for a wide leg. Dark wash, jeans, and Lizbeth hepled me to find exactly what I wanted. She even went online to see if there were different sizes available in the item that I wanted. I was having a bad day, and her simple kindness and superb customer service were exactly what I needed to end my day. Thank you, Lizbeth.
CJM I stopped in last week to try on a black wool Rancher’s vest. The XL fit a little snug, and they were out of stock on the 2XL. A gentleman approached me and offered to order the 2XL and have it shipped directly to my home, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his help, the vest arrived in just two days.
The 2XL fits perfectly and has plenty of pockets. It’s extremely warm when layered with a flannel and an overcoat, and it performed very well during the freezing weather we had this week.
The only downside is that a few of the snap buttons don’t fasten properly and tend to pop open with minimal movement while working. I’m currently looking for a remedy for the snap buttons.
Overall, I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the young man at the College Station location and his willingness to go the extra mile.
