1 /5 Mary Hernandez-delacruz: Update; After leaving the review the owner contacted me and said she would do a factory warranty, after her telling me her 13 year old daughter is the one that sold me the faja, (while she ran to her other store in Midland) she said she will not be exchanging it. Went and bought a faja. Lady at the counter said they had a 100% guarantee. When called to tell them about the problem, they said it only had a 24 hr guarantee. And they would NOT be replacing it, or refunding. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

1 /5 Jayda Flores: I just bought a stage 2 faja from here this past Saturday 06/07/25 and I’m very disappointed! I asked if they did measurements of the body and they said yes! They asked how far along I was and I said I was going to be 3 weeks this coming Monday. They began to show me a faja they thought was good for me which was the Luciana faja and I ask if I should get a medium since my stage 1 faja was an XL and they said, “No”! They the girl insisted that I needed a Small! I was a bit concerned to the point when we went to try it on, I expressed to the girl that was helping me put it on that it was very tight and she said that’s how it should be which I do understand the stage 2 faja is High compression but I knew that was to small for me since I’m still swollen for the drainage from my lipo, she even touched my stomach and said I was still very hard from the stomach! Trusting that the lady knew what she was talking about I purchased the faja for $174. I just was concerned because too much pressure can ruin my bbl! So I left the mall and not even 20 minutes after leaving the mall I was telling my husband how uncomfortable the faja was and he tried reassuring me that it was going to be okay that the faja just needs to stretch because it’s new, but that if I don’t feel comfortable to call the lady from the store. I did just that and explained how the faja was hurting me and that I couldn’t breathe to well. She said again that it was normal and to give it a week and that if I still don’t feel good to go to my doctor because it might just be me!!! Like really!??? So today is Sunday and when I took off my faja I had indentations on my back from right to left on my lower back and when I was massaging I felt little balls under my skin which is fluid buildup, I did not have before getting this overly tight faja!!!!! This is so upsetting to the point where I cried, because why couldn’t they just measure me the way I asked in the beginning!!!! I was the paying customer for crying out loud!!!! I will be talking to my massage therapist about this and if ruins my recent surgery, I will be contacting them again!!!!!!! I should be able to feel comfortable and breathe without feeling like I can barely breathe and move! I would definitely not recommend!!! I have removed their faja and I’m currently looking else where! Please save your $174 as these items are not cheap and go where they actually measure you and hear the paying customers out and listen when we say we can’t breathe and it’s very uncomfortable! You can literally see in the picture where the faja had wrinkles where it would bunch up on my lower back, giving me really bad spine, and back pain as well as my shoulders being marked up badly from the straps being to tight!!! If they couldn’t fit me in the right faja then why sell me one!!!! I literally drove 2 1/2 hours for poor service!!!

5 /5 yailyn agudelo: I love this store. Im Venezuelan, and these are the best Colombian girdles Ive found here in the US. The material of the girdles is super-comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and find the exact girdle you need. Ill definitely come back for another girdle.
