1 /5 Vishal Gupta: Extremely disappointed with the store manager, Trey. His attitude was rude and completely unprofessional — definitely not how a store manager should behave. It turned what should’ve been a quick shopping trip into a frustrating experience. I asked multiple times for a simple price check, and he confidently told me one price. When I went to check out, he suddenly changed the price to nearly ten times higher. That’s careless, misleading, and a total waste of time for both the customer and the staff. I’ve visited many PacSun locations and never had such a bad experience. This store clearly needs serious improvement in management and customer service standards. Hire better staff — this kind of behavior is unacceptable for a brand like PacSun.

1 /5 Sarah A: Their hours are whatever they choose. On their website it says they open at 11am on Sundays, but when you show up they tell you they don’t open until 12. But they are supposedly aware that the website is wrong.

1 /5 ken choi: when i was checking out i waiting around 5-8min because there was a lady infront of me that wanted to add more items so she went to the back to choose more and the cashier made me wait till she got back and when it was my turn she told me one of the items i picked wasnt apart of their sale even though it was placed in the back with the sale items so she said i could pick something else but when i turned around she took the next person in line and put my stuff away before i could even pick out another item. im not sure if its because im asain but the lady that was waiting infront of my was african american and so was the cashier, it pretty upsetting that i had to wait to check out because the lady infront of me wanted to add more items but when i went to pick an item just like that lady i was disregarded and my items were put back before i could even choose another. all the other workers were very sweet though, but the cashier left a bad impression on me.

1 /5 Angela Michelle: I visited this PacSun location on a Monday and had a very disappointing experience. I wasnt greeted when I entered the store, and when I got to the register, the employee still didn’t acknowledge me. I asked a simple question about a shirt not having a tag and whether the person I was gifting it to could return it, and he responded with an attitude, saying they could "just look at their receipt." He seemed uninterested in helping. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism made my shopping experience very uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses this issue moving forward. Thank you!
