Hai Nguyen I had a fantastic experience with Alterations and Asian Market. I brought in two pairs of jeans to be hemmed, and let me just say... she nailed it! Not only did she keep the original bottoms (which I love), but she had them ready in less than a week. The stitching, the fit — perfection. And the price? Super reasonable, especially for the quality of work. She picked up almost every time I called and was always kind, helpful, and professional. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Cindy Kollias-Gruber Loved this little store! Eclectic collection of old and new items for sale. Impressive collection of nativity scenes from more than 20 countries. Not a repeat of the other souvenir shops. We visited during the first weekend in December, Dickens on the Strand Event.

It was a great experience going in, since it recently opened there was some issues in the beginning with the AC which is understandable. The employees were kind and even gave us coupons for the inconvenience. You can really tell it’s a cool place with good customer service.
