Pitaya - (Near San Marcos, TX)

1 /5 Shawna M: I was in this store yesterday and was treated very rudely by 3 girls that were in the store. I walked in and was not greeted. They just starred at me. Making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. It was quite disturbing considering in this economy Id think youd want to give great customer service. I will never patronize this business and will make sure my daughter and her classmates do the same.

5 /5 Desiree Warren: I went in today looking for a birthday outfit with little to no direction. I usually steer clear of shops like these because the girls have no help attitudes more than not. But miss Emma was so very helpful and had great customer service. She helped me pick out 3 beautiful dresses and really helped build my confidence up. Shes also the manager. I unfortunately didnt walk out with anything today. She assured me that when I do come back, shell be happy to assist again. Ill definitely be back to snag something when its time. Thank you again Emma!!

1 /5 Michaela Cherian: Prices are ridiculous. Bought items from here before and the quality is cheap. $69 for a top you can find on SHEIN is criminal.

3 /5 Sophie: Clothes were super cute, but the employees were anything but. They ignored all questions I asked to continue conversing with each other. The only time I was shown the slightest ounce of respect was when I was presenting payment. Worst $45 dollars spent.

1 /5 Jennifer Brand: I shopped at all the Pitaya’s in the USA. This place here in San Marcos has really cute clothes in TX. But the customer service SUCKS. I should’ve driven to Dallas. They didn’t greet me when I came in, so it didn’t feel welcoming at all. I’ve been shopping at All Pitayas for over 7 years. My fav one is in Broad ripple in Indianapolis. The girls who work here are rude, made me feel uncomfortable, and I almost walked out without buying anything. I live in San Diego and I was visiting a friend in Houston and we drove to San Marcos to just come to Pitaya. (2 in a half hour drive) A bad experience overall. I will not be going back to this location ever again.
