Jenn M This location is much larger than the one in Garland. I love coming here. I just recently went back to work after being in an office. I had NOTHING that would be considered "work appropriate". The first time in I bought 4 pair of jeans that still had the original tags on them for $27. The clothes they put out are not stained, ripped or torn that I have noticed. The makeup/skin care products are pricey. Shoe selections are "ok"... but I dont buy used shoes because someone elses foot has already made the indentions in the sole and they feel weird. The clothing selections though.... AMAZING! Winter Coats are cheap and nice. They have gowns for Prom/Parties as well. During my trip for work clothes - 3 pair jeans, 9 long sleeve sweater material shirts (some thick, some thin), 12 dressier shirts... I paid around $80... watch their sale days... thats when you can get things so much cheaper!

Suzanne Ratcliff Spruce provides unique and quality womens and childrens clothing. The styles are current and merchandise is updated regularly. The price point is comparative to that of a boutique in a bigger city. I have purchased several pieces of clothing and all have held up well.

Justice Hadfield Mickey is the man. Hes well worth the 45 min drive to have him shape and clean all of my hats, straw and felt alike. Quick, professional, and offers his creative decisions that go in to each hat he works on. Cant say enough good things.

Both shops are beautifully curated and full of unique décor, boutique items, handmade goods, and thoughtful pieces you cant find anywhere else. Lee Street Mercantile is such an amazing addition to downtown Greenville, featuring 25 local businesses all under one gorgeous roof. From artisan candles and handcrafted soaps to Rowe Casa and vintage/modern décor, there truly is something for everyone. You can feel the heart and passion poured into both locations. The displays are stunning, the vibe is warm and welcoming, and the owner does an incredible job supporting small makers and local businesses. Whether youre shopping for gifts, home décor, or just want to stroll through a beautiful space, this is a MUST visit in Greenville!

Nancy Whitney Love the architecture. Its a beautiful building. They have a lot of cool stuff. Staff is great. I was looking for a cute outfit and found one!
