1 /5 Helen Astudillo: Brought in a bin full of great quality and name brand clothes and was not offered a penny! I live 40 minutes away and told us to come back in 2 hours and just to tell my husband they don’t want to accept anything because they are very selective about the clothes. When I went in there to see what they are so selective on the type of clothing the clothes are basically all SHEIN and shirts have HOLES in them! Was my first time ever visiting and definitely my last. Was just a very big waste of time and disappointment.

2 /5 Daryn Vincent: Little bit disappointed because I brought a whole bin of clothes and another bag of new clothes that were not worn at all, a couple of them still had tags on them from bigger named brands. They only took the new clothes and offered me $19, two of the new button up shirts that had a tag on them were $70 and $79, the other three were never worn Ralph Lauren shirts. How they determine what’s in style and the amount offered is kinda behind me. Because I know all of those shirts are going to be put up on the shelves tomorrow for $30+, kinda wish I just held on to them and donated to good will or Salvation Army, because this kinda feels like a slap in the face. On top of lack of communication and lackluster service and attitude, all the workers looked young and a few of them were just laughing on their phones not helping with the line of people. Just wasn’t a fan of the service overall, and the day previously, I come in trying to sell clothes and they tell me they stop taking clothes at a set time, and the store was relatively quiet and I was also there 27 minutes before the set time she told me.

1 /5 Peachy Girl: The quality of the clothes is good will with target prices. some are decent prices but a lot of their clothes are very worn out. Their was a princess Polly romper that looked super worn out and they still priced it at 14$. Regardless of brand it doesn’t look 14$. Definitely disappointed

5 /5 Chill Quill: Kenzie and Branzen were amazing, quick and efficient with little wait. Branzen took my items for sale and made the process super easy, and Kenzie made retrieving my items quick. She was fun to engage with, will definitely keep coming back for the great service.

5 /5 Angelica Romero: Jazmine was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and helpful the entire time. She made the whole shopping/selling process so easy and stress-free. Definitely one of the nicest people I’ve met at Plato’s Closet!
