Platos Closet the woodlands - (Near Shenandoah, TX)

5 /5 jenn gonzalez: I read the prior reviews and it was my first time visiting Platos. From my point of view dont get discouraged by the prior reviews. This place has many options and many brands for a very good price. I did not see any clothes that was more than 25.00 unless it was a jacket or shoes because of the brand. When I was checking out I was greeted by a young lady named Noemi and was very sweet. I did mention that this platos had a vast section of clothes and was excited to explain to me about their reward system and that they are in need shoes and to come back and sell to them. I was very impressed by her. The atmosphere of all the employees was friendly and helpful. Noemi customer service was great and wanted to let Platos know my experience. I recommend this store and if I could give it a 100 stars I would. Will definitely be coming back soon.

5 /5 Jennifer Bardenhagen: Very friendly staff! We walked in to sell some clothing and they were willing to look at our clothing, even though they had stop accepting for the day. The store is clean and has a nice selection of name brand clothes and shoes. Definitely worth shopping at!

It honestly feels more like a carefully curated boutique than a typical resale shop, which is why I always check here first before shopping anywhere else. The team keeps the racks organized, and I always walk out with a huge haul for a fraction of the cost Id pay at the mall. If you love fashion but also love saving money, this is definitely the place to go. Whether youre buying or selling, the staff is always polite and helpful. Highly recommend stopping by for your next fashion treasure hunt!

1 /5 Joel Solorzano Jr: Honestly if I had zero stars I would, I tried getting a good amount of this prom dress I turned in, only gave me $20 damn bucks when the dress was worth roughly $300, hell with this place waste of a damn time with them teens. PERIOD ! just go out of business already. same thing happened with a big bag of nice clothes I brought in almost worth $400 and only got $5 bucks & all that to wait for 2 hrs !
