5 /5 C Provience: We love this place. So glad we can take our prepackaged and labeled amazon returns here. Such a life saver! The woman is always super friendly and remembers my son when he runs in to drop off packages. (he likes getting a candy from the bowl for a job well done) As long as no one is blocking the driveways, super easy in and out experience! Thank you! Oh and they carry different little gifts too. We may have bought the build a wooden rubberband shotgun. Haha.

1 /5 Outlook Off: As another recent customer said in comment & as it happened to me, You are legally-obligated/supposed to say to customer if you charge 1$ charge for credit-card/whatever the fee is. Besides, That is the good definition of customer service. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------CONCLUSION - By looking at few more comments, probably, You are NOT doing (saying) all necessary things THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SAY/DO, but are doing all unnecessary things THAT ARE PROBABLY NOT NEEDED. It does not matter how nice you are or even how knowledgeable your folks are. All that matters (at least for me) is just service. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WRITING AFTER SEEING RESPONSE - Then, ask the customer the question "Do you want to pay by cash to avoid credit-card-charges ?" Do not try to justify. When you are with the customer, Either be quiet, do not say anything & just provide service. JUST THAT. You can not be acting like you know everything, acting as if you are trying to help customers. And, You are trying to say all junk/unnecessary things "Oh we care about customer, etc" & all that bull-shit but not telling the fact that you are charging credit-card-charge behind the scene. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. That becomes intentional. hidden charges without telling customers. Now, you are trying make a blame excuse by writing a response to review. Just admit it & correct it. Do not try to act like you care about customers & customer service, actually, when you are not.

1 /5 Paige Spross: I attempted to take internet supplies to this location in order to return before I tried to drive 30 minutes to a ups location. Before I could say what I needed to, this rude woman cuts me off saying, “are you shipping, what do you need to do” with a very rude and moody tone. I interrupted and said I don’t do this very often. She then proceeded with to patronize me by saying “are you giving me money to ship something to someone.” I continued, I have internet equipment to return along with a QR code. She then says well it looks like you’ll have to go to a UPS store to scan that. Wow! I have never had such awful customer service. If you don’t like you job, go work somewhere else.

5 /5 Twyla Dudek: Michelle was extremely kind and very helpful on getting my package label printed and secured. I highly recommend her assisting you if you have questions, she is very knowledgeable and gave me solutions to solve the complications I had with getting a label for my package.

5 /5 Josh C: Called up here to figure out the layout of gatesville postal services and advice to figure out where my packages went and Mitchell was very helpful . She is very reassuring and made sure that I knew and had the location of the USPS office and provided a solution to solve me problem . Definitely will be using their services again.
