2 /5 Rusty Smith: Went in on my lunch hour to look at a new pair of Teva sandals. Three employees walked by me while Im holding different pairs and none of them asked if they could help me. I put them down and walked out. I dont mind paying extra to shop local and support local business, but I refuse to support poor customer service. When you are charging premium prices, your customer service better be outstanding.

5 /5 Samuel Fowler: Nathan is truly exceptional. Ive purchased my second or third pair of shoes from him, and his expertise is impressive. Another customer even asked for his name to compliment him to the front and manager. Hes not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful, intelligent, and polite - a true asset to the store.

Blair L helped us figure out which brand fit my son the best and which style. She was so good with him, talking TO him, not over him. When he got overwhelmed with some things she was so patient, calm, and kind.. I could not have been more thankful. I will be a regular customer now, based on the phenomenal customer service.
