1 /5 Alicia Lamb: I have experienced delays in response from customer service, and the guidance provided has not been sufficiently clear. On the first wash, prior to use on the day of delivery, the buttons on the jeans detached as well as the pocket rivets. I initially submitted an inquiry through the online form, but I did not receive a response. I followed up via email a week later, but unfortunately, we have not made any progress in resolving this issue. Given the price and quality of the jeans I received, along with these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend purchasing jeans from Rag & Bone.

1 /5 Sophia: Very rude and dismissive. Walked into the store on a Saturday, not busy afternoon and was not greeted by a sales associate and the woman working there was rather passive aggressive in helping me find jeans- gesturing to the wall saying this was the “general area” where the jeans I wanted were. Also when trying on jeans, with no luck (colors were wrong, sizing too large) provided me with only 3 options after which she seemingly gave up? Really not the experience I was looking for in a luxury daywear brand and did not feel like the saleswoman was interested at all in helping me. Will not be back. Her unfriendliness put me off from even trying to shop there.

5 /5 dizzydan808: I love rag and bone! If you are looking for great quality basics this is the place. They have both men’s and women’s leather jackets that will never go out of style. If you are visiting from out of town you should visit this unique store. The stylist were super helpful and I had a great time shopping. I will be back soon

2 /5 Gemini Bogie: I’m so not one to write a negative review. I’m very thankful for Rag and Bone apparel, and their stores! I’ve shopped Rag and Bone for years. Today, at the Highland Park store in Dallas, I was shocked at how I was treated! While waiting 30 minutes in the extreme heat, because of a sign on the door stating that they are restricting occupancy, which is totally understandable and expected at this time, I noticed that there was only one person in the store shopping. The staff knew I was waiting the entire time. As the customer was checking out, the sales associate cracked the door to tell me that he is so sorry but it’s time to do a 30 minute cleaning of the entire store. Really???

5 /5 Nicholas Redding: Very friendly associates, but small menswear selection. Wish they were a larger store, so there was more options. The store layout is very cool with mens on second floor and womens on first.
