Rainbow Shops - (Near Beaumont, TX)

4 /5 Shay Myers: Pretty organized for the most part. Im sure its hard to work the floor, watch customers, give customer service, and work the registers especially if youre short staffed. I know, I used to be a Rainbow manager. But the vibe was good, music was playing and staff was getting customers in and out as quickly as possible to get to the next customer.

3 /5 Ms. Moto: The ladies that worked there were nice and polite, however, idk if the older man who works there is the owner or the manager but when I went to the counter to check out, I smiled and said hi, and he did not open his mouth or even smile back. No courtesy. While removing the tags and folding a pair of jeans, he then proceeded to pat down the pockets and the entire pair of jeans, I guess to make sure that there wasnt anything hidden in them. I guess because I glanced around the jewelry section and didnt even touch anything. He didnt even try to hide the action which kind of irked me. Nice store but probably will not be returning

1 /5 Tara C: This store closed 2 hours before closing time....The manager claimed that this area is ghetto...There are other businesses that are open later so she needs to know what a real ghetto is...It is an inconvenience to come there and they were closed...I wasnt the only unhappy patron who came there expecting them to be open..

1 /5 Ronisha Elam: I haven’t had an issue until today with the service! Was instructed to wait outside the store until the people came out. 3 came out and my and my brother entered the store. The OLD lady the old braids that’s an up-do, told us to get out. Informed the old lady that two people left out. Very rude and unprofessional. I know she not getting paid too much but that’s not reason to have an attitude! I will be back to speak with the manager! We left out the store and the lady walked out the store behind me and my brother.

1 /5 Anastoyshia Foreman: The location in Beaumont, TX has a horrible staff. I got home and noticed the security tag was left on the item. Spoke to the manager the next day and all she said was "people make mistakes" and that "the monitor probably went off but I kept walking". I told her "no it did not go off and if it did, I would have walked to the counter! Basically taking up for her staff, who were rude and not helpful at all. Do not shop there!
