1 /5 Mrs. Ramos: If I had the option to give them -10 stars I absolutely would without hesitation! I went in with my 2 daughters ages 4&6 and I’ve never been made so uncomfortable in a retail store like I did today . Tomorrow is picture I wanted a cute western outfit for my daughter we grabbed a few skirts & shirts to try on . Headed to the dressing room to try on I kept seeing a shadow pacing near our door I was so afraid thinking it was an other customer being a creep . Nope came to find out it was a male employee a teenager said he had to stay by our door while we tired on . Absolutely disgusting just made me sick to my stomach. I even handed him our shopping bag to he could hold it while we tried on so they could feel more comfortable about not assuming the worst of us and he still held our shopping bag and waited by our dressing room ! They have like 20 teenager employees it’s so awkward and uncomfortable when you walk in they just stare at you ugly and make you feel uncomfortable too ! Never again will I go back to this crappy business! It’s a shame I love there clothes too . My husband’s an electrician by the way ! My family is well taken care of and we are honest people. Not everyone is bad !!!!

1 /5 Carlos Delgado: Some employees there don’t know what customer service means and ridiculous that you can not return clothing that was X-mas gift and never used because “it was born in December “ according to employee at register.

5 /5 Matt R: Store inside Odessa mall is BIGGER than ever. There are a lot of brands to choose from, Ariat, Wrangler, etc. Great selection when you want to try something on in-person.

1 /5 Tony Marquez: I walked in checked out some hat bands. Set it down to grab my wife from outside the store and a gentleman doing hats literally chased me down to ask where the band was and show him. If they are so worried maybe limit customers and clutter. Go to boot barn if you want to be treated with respect. This place is over priced and very unorganized

My daughter had Medicaid at the time and was the only reason why brought her here, they did her cleaning / check up, the doctor that saw her just looked with a little mirror and at the end of her visit I was advised she was going to need dental work done. she supposedly had cavities in several teeth. I wasn’t comfortable with the visit she had so I went somewhere else for a second opinion, come to find out she didn’t even have cavities and didn’t need the work they were claiming she was needing. My daughter has had several check ups after that at the new location I’m taking her too and up to date she doesn’t have any cavities. I would never bring her back to any Rodeo dental, they seem to want to do unnecessary work that isn’t even needed.
