1 /5 lynn: Doesnt honor their own return window policy..... Edit- to respond to the comment from the store.. no it was a one day old purchase, receipt and shoes still in box in the bag, and never worn. Still wasnt honored!

1 /5 Tommy Egerton: Particularly the location at Midland Park Mall... Obviously too lazy to fix a hat for me. I do admit I didnt buy the hat there. But if you gonna have a hat shaper I suggest getting one that is willing to make some cash money. And able to shape a crown for someone. Used to be able to go to any western wear store and get your hat fixed up... guess those days are long gone. Said some lame excuse about how they couldnt straighten my crown out because it was already shaped... tell someone that knows otherwise. My IQ is higher than that. Come on now... btw. It wasnt factory shaped and I was willing to pay cash money for their time.

1 /5 Stella Donovan: The sales associates working there were very aggressive and stalking me the whole time. They made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something. I understand theyre doing their job but this was an extreme case I felt so uncomfortable.

2 /5 Isaac Reyes: I will not buy from this store in the midland mall anymore ! the employees are rude , lazy , and follow you around like They think you steal from there . I over heard them talk about me in Spanish as if I was stealing or trying to switch a tag for a better price on a belt . Which I wasn’t . Boot barn is better
