Semir G. Im not sure I would have shopped here had I read the reviews beforehand. Thankfully, I didnt have a bad experience. It was pleasant, actually. Even my return was fine, although I had the sense they dont like returns given that the return policy isnt printed on the receipt. Instead, it directs you to the website. Retailers need to remember how to graciously accept returns. We as customers remember how were treated both during and after the sale. If the store reads this review, listen to what we are saying in these threads. Your reviews should be consistent, not high, and then low. Thats a sign that you have a problem that needs addressing. For such a small and lovely store, you should be yielding 5 out of 5 reviews from each and every customer.

India Dorsey Beautiful store! Very organized which made shopping here a breeze. Great prices and a good place to go when you dont want to deal with walking 10 miles in the Galleria which is located 5 minutes down the road. I love my pieces from Urban Layce!

Susanna Lee LOVED shopping in-store here! BRITTANY is absolutely a sweetheart and so on-point with the style recos. Its almost like having your own personal fashion stylist - thats how on point she is! Wonderful selection and she knows what youll like from the few pieces you try on. I was set on buying one linen dress and ended up walking out with two! Also, Ill totally come back for mix and match sets. Im hooked, the magic wardrobe is everything and its just a fun experience. Highly recommended and ask for Brittany!

Ellen Robinson Absolutely LOVE Tootsie Lou’s!! We found this boutique by total accident when in Wichita Falls for my daughter’s doctor appointment and absolutely fell in love! Now when we come into town we have to stop by “our boutique”. The owners are absolutely beautiful people and every staff member we have met has been wonderful! It is the highlight of every trip to Wichita Falls!

Jodi Hitt Juliana runs a great shop. She does these cute and fun events every so often that make the place feel like part of the neighborhood instead of just another store. I love how the clothes aren’t separated by gender. It makes it easier to just look for what feels right. There’s a ton of good vintage and newer things like Baggu. It’s a comfortable and welcoming spot, and you can tell Juliana actually cares about what she’s doing. A very good place to wander into and accidentally stay awhile.
