Ross Dress for Less - (Near Lubbock, TX)

Trudy Heywood Love this store. I ordered two pillows online for pickup at this store. My email said to go to Customer Service. I saw 2 overhead signs in the store and followed them only to end up at checkout. There was a nice lady monitoring the line and cashiers. She went to get the pillows for me! Outstanding customer service!

plumandthistle A great store for good quality but affordable bedding, bathroom necessities, home and seasonal decor, kitchenware, etc. Be prepared to dig as the customers are not shy about just laying items down wherever they feel like it. The clothes are 50/50; there are plenty of items that are trendy or classic staples but in terms of fabric most are polysynthetic. There are cotton, wool, etc., items but it takes time to find them. Store is clean if messy due to careless shoppers. The staff are generally helpful and they keep the line moving. Youll wait in line longer at Walmart; I think the longest Ive stood in line here is 2-4 minutes and the longer wait was because the ladies in front of me were buying a lot of back-to-school kids clothes. Ive bought everything here from Halloween decorations to good sweaters to haircare products to lovely candles to automotive products to gorgeous cookware. Ive even bought a self-defense weapon here. I come here at least twice a month. The prices are excellent. Plenty of parking. Located near a Marshalls and Kohls. ETA: I just want to say that cashier Camden is great. He was the only cashier there (Ross should hire more staff) but kept the line moving, was professional, and polite.

Kristina N. I always find something at Ann affordable price when Ive seen it at a higher priced clothing store and many times I find something that looks ten times better. I just wish theyd make their shoes...the cute shoes...a little larger and wider.

Michael Burrowes I came into the K&G in Irving during their incredible suit sale, hoping to pick up three of the same suits for work. They had my size, but not the quantity I wanted. Malcolm stepped in first and did everything he could to help me sort through the options. Then Miss Rosetta joined in, and that’s when the experience went from good to exceptional. She remeasured me and showed me that I actually needed a bit more room in the jacket so I could move the way a gentleman should. Her adjustments gave me a cleaner, more classic look instead of the modern, too-snug fit you see everywhere today. She asked permission before measuring, made sure I felt comfortable the entire time, and genuinely cared about how I presented myself. Because of their help, I left with the suits I needed and even grabbed five more shirts based on their recommendations. This isn’t my first time reviewing Malcolm, and there’s a reason for that. He and Miss Rosetta are the kind of people who make customers come back. Corporate should be proud to have them representing the Irving store. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail are a rare thing, and they deserve all the recognition.

Marcie Mendoza Bad customer service experience at this location. Employee Dominique has an atrocious attitude and should not be working in a customer facing role. Immediate demeanor was rushed, dismissive, and rude upon making it to the register. Consider putting her in the stock room if she cannot handle the holiday rush. Claims to be a manager but I cannot imagine anyone would put this unprofessional, ill spoken and rude person in a management role. Other employees were pleasant but one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Editing to add- I left over $300 worth of merchandise that I was going to purchase as Christmas gifts because or this atrocious "manager" who is very clearly on a power trip. ROSS, this person Dominique is costing you hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales! As a long time patron, I am requesting that all of the complaints be taken seriously and swift action be taken. Dominque should be demoted or fired!
