The clearance racks never disappoint & the manager is the most amazing human being. She is so kind and always chats a little with me when I go in. I love this store! Btw it is strictly for womens clothes.

James Turner I just got the news that they are trying to close our store in Palestine we need our store and the customer service was some of the best that you can get this goes out to the corporate office and to whomever else supposed to get this we need our and all the good fashion show we had here in Palestine. Eddie Teddy When I was at the store looking at the garden section, decorations and crowns-related items. A cute security approached me and was inviting me out. I was in disbelief because he was at work and I told him that I greatly appreciate the effort it took him to come up to me. I told him, "Im flattered," but that I was/am in a happy relationship and how I wouldnt throw what I have away. Then he interrupted me and said that the store was closing and thats why he said he was inviting me out lol

Albert Beltran Just left Dollar General tonight. I was looking for items for my families cemetery plots. The young lady in there helped me find what I needed. Everything was neatly stocked. I was treated warmly with a smile and exceptional service. Thank you again, I’ll be coming back more often.

Marcie Mendoza Bad customer service experience at this location. Employee Dominique has an atrocious attitude and should not be working in a customer facing role. Immediate demeanor was rushed, dismissive, and rude upon making it to the register. Consider putting her in the stock room if she cannot handle the holiday rush. Claims to be a manager but I cannot imagine anyone would put this unprofessional, ill spoken and rude person in a management role. Other employees were pleasant but one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Editing to add- I left over $300 worth of merchandise that I was going to purchase as Christmas gifts because or this atrocious "manager" who is very clearly on a power trip. ROSS, this person Dominique is costing you hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales! As a long time patron, I am requesting that all of the complaints be taken seriously and swift action be taken. Dominque should be demoted or fired!
