4 /5 Lisa Merkl: Mostly good customer service. The number of nice helpful store reps outnumber the initial grumpy one I came across. Just went there to return something from an online order, so while waiting for a nicer clerk to come to the register I looked around the store a bit. Things looked well organized and there were some nice pieces, but the online offerings seem a little nicer than what I saw in the store. This is definitely a place to go if youre into brand-name items and labels, but since Im not and looking more for timeless styles and good bargains, this isnt quite the place for me to shop. The prices are discounted quite a bit, but still too pricey for my pocketbook and what they had didnt really look all that impressive to me. I did pick up one item that was super nice and a good deal for a quality, well-made item. When I went to pay and then on the way out I encountered a couple very friendly, helpful workers that made up for the initial grumpy, rude woman that was first at the register.
