5 /5 Geneva G: SMB is the best boutique that I have ever visited! They are size inclusive and are on target for the best styles and trends. Oh and don’t get me started on their events. They are top notch with the best foods, snacks and gifts. It is always a joy to attend one of their events. Above all is their exceptional customer service. Their employees know your name and are always so welcoming. If you have never visited SMB you must do it soon! You will not be disappointed!

The store’s aesthetic is beautiful and always decorated so nicely. The online shopping experience is also the easiest experience. I can choose what I want and check out in less than a minute. If I’m shopping online and have any questions, they are always so quick to reply. SMB hosts the best events in the RGV! I have never seen another store put on the type of events that they do. They are always trying to make your shopping experience the best ever. They also have some of the best sales and deals around. Talk about some of the best giveaways! It’s best to become a VIP member of Southern Melon so you can always be updated on their latest promotions. All you have to do is ask them how you can become a member, and they will guide you. It’s absolutely free! Their clothing is always on point with the latest trends, colors, and styles. They always have T-shirts for every holiday you can possibly think of and more. I would have to say that my favorite T-shirts are their Texas True Tees. I appreciate that they carry a few high-end brands that you can also find at high-end department stores. I have always been picky about the quality of my clothing, such as the fabric, and I really like the quality of the brands they carry. I also love that the boutique has stationary and gifts, making it the perfect quick stop when you need a present for a teacher, healthcare worker, mom, aunt, sister, cousin, BFF, or coworker. Southern Melon is more than just a boutique; they have become more like family. I have loved watching this business grow and flourish. There is something so special about giving, and this boutique embodies that to the fullest. They give back to their employees, their customers, and their community. These girls have some of the biggest hearts ever. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I love that when I walk in, they know me by name. I’m sure they have hundreds, if not thousands, of customers, and I often hear them call other people by name as well. If you’re new to the Southern Melon family, just give it a while before they know your name!

I love how they’re always on top of rotating their inventory to keep up with the holidays and seasons. I was helped by a beautiful young woman, I think her name was Katie(?) She was so kind and made sure that all questions were addressed. I had a wonderful shopping experience thanks to her. It’s so much fun to browse here even though I didn’t buy much, the workers are attentive and the selection is thoughtfully curated. Can’t wait to come back!
