1 /5 Colleen Conely: I brought several nice items- mostly from Talbots and Lane Bryant all in very good condition. Staff not very friendly.All of my items were refused. The girl said the wear and tear, especially in the crotch area. I thought- What? Here is one of the pairs of Talbot’s jeans:judge for yourself. Will not be back. Better service and prices @Uptowncheapskate.

5 /5 Janet Trevino: I have been shopping at resale shops for decades all over Lubbock and Texas. This is my go to place. Me and my three daughters always shop here. I love their clearance sales. They are so much fun! My husband can attest to the fact that I actually spend hours here. I think the bad reviews here stem from people selling clothes. I have never heard any employee make any unkind or disparaging remarks about things that people have brought in. I feel like the employees are always personable, acknowledge me when I come in and greet me with a smile. I hope this place never goes away, as some businesses do in Lubbock. My favorite employee is Betty! She is so helpful and cheerful every time I am in the store. I will always shop at this store!

5 /5 Joy Jones: I love this store! Staff is so friendly and merchandise very reasonably priced! Great sales too! I like how store is organized as well — makes it so easy to find stuff. Also, if I need to leave the store while they work on my buy they just text me when it’s ready. Highly recommend!
