When Heather answered the phone she let me know that they really did & she’d be happy to pull some jeans for us while we traveled to the store. I was already impressed because we have a toddler in tow, so I knew that would save time and be helpful. When we arrived at the store, Heather continued to check in as we tried on & helped us find options based on our feedback as we tried on. As plus size people, we had no idea Buckle was even an option, but we will be forever customers now! Truly the BEST jeans shopping experience we’ve ever had.
