1 /5 Blake Galloway: I never leave reviews for any location. I bought a pair of jeans two weeks ago. They were too large. I bought two pairs. I tried to bring one pair back to exchange for the exact same jeans in a smaller size still with all the stickers tags and everything on them not even unfolded and because I didn’t have the receipt they wouldn’t even exchange them for anything. They wouldn’t try to look up the purchase. They merely sent me back out the door and told me they didn’t want my business. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any individual location, especially considering the amount of money that is spent on this type of clothing be very careful doing business with Teners in Sherman. As customer satisfaction is not their priority.

5 /5 David Robb: I thought I had it figured out, but had no idea. Thankfully, Dave aka the old man was there. He found me and got me squared away. The service was excellent and he is a wealth of knowledge. If in the Sherman, Texas area and looking for western boots. Stop and find Dave. Thank you!

1 /5 Richard Rogers: Called the store in Sherman looking specifically for Wrangler Slim Fit Cowboy Cut jeans in Tan. I gave the size and stressed the Slim Fit part. I was told they had five pairs. I made the two hour round trip drive only to find they had none at all. The young lady said she thought I wanted the original fit. To not make it a total loss I tried to buy some Cinch Bronze label jeans. They had not one pair in any size. It was a total waste of time and money. Ridiculous and I won’t go back.
