5 /5 zihao zhan: I’m writing my first Google review because the staff at this DPS office truly made my day. I drove all the way from Lubbock to get my license here due to the shorter appointment wait time, and it was absolutely worth the trip.
This is a small office with just one staff member, but I’ve never had a better experience at any DMV in any state over the past 10 years. I’ve met friendly staff, efficient staff, and knowledgeable staff—but this was the first time I encountered someone who embodied all of those qualities at once.
The gentleman assisting me was incredibly kind, impressively efficient, and clearly knows what he needs to do. No wasted time, no unnecessary steps—just smooth, professional service with a friendly touch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this office!
