5 /5 Hannah Prieto: I had an excellent experience with the staff both over the phone and in the store. From the moment I called, the employee was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions clearly and went out of her way to ensure they had the product I was looking for before visiting in person. When I arrived at the store, the same level of care continued. The young lady was sweet ,welcoming, and attentive without being pushy. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their customer service. I truly appreciated the kindness from start to finish. It made the whole visit enjoyable. Highly recommend them for great gameday apparel!!

5 /5 Cindy Starcher: I went into the Matador looking for decals for a water bottle. They actually will customize any decal that you would like, of any size, for 9.95. The help was friendly and they had some great sales going in. Certainly a nice clothing shop for Texas Tech apparel, right near the campus. For all things Texas Tech I would certainly recommend this place.

Not only were they eager to assist us with a quickly approaching deadline, they even met us halfway in Lamesa to get the jackets to us in time for our event!
