The San Market - Shop TX (Near San Marcos)

5 /5 M.A.D. Martian Creations: The San Market has the most adorable local wares and unique gifts; it’s my go-to spot to bring out-of-town visitors. Staff are super friendly, and the whole place really captures the spirit of San Marcos. I especially love their original designs on 100% cotton Comfort Colors tees, great for sensitive skin! They also have the cutest bandannas!

5 /5 Sharon Reynolds: Such a cute store! I love that they carry work from so many local artists and even give a little backstory. They have a really good selection of products that are so cute, like candles, jewelry, t-shirts, stickers, succulents, and Texas State items. They also have T-Shirts that are original designs about San Marcos--including the one I bought, a Freeman Ranch T-shirt. (if you know, you know) Also, the prices were really good. You can tell the owners are locals, have a sense of humor, and good taste. San Marcos was starving for a store like this!

There are items that are unique to San Marcos including locally sourced candles, shirts (the SOFTEST), jewelry, Texas State inspired spirit wear and SO much more! Will definitely be Christmas shopping here as well!

5 /5 Josh: Fun little shop with Sam Marcos centered shirts, gifts, and accessories. I especially love their shirt of San Marcos famous swimming pig. They are located right on the central square with free parking on adjacent streets.
