Over the years, I’ve been to this shop numerous times and have spent plenty of money here because of the excellent service and customer care I’ve always received. Every time I’ve left, I’ve been happy with the work that was done.
Most recently, I had planned to go out of town and needed to drop my bike off for some work with a tight deadline. Paul assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately, some unforeseen circumstances came up—a tech had to leave for a family emergency—which delayed things. I completely understand that life happens, and once everything settled, they worked hard to get my bike back to me as quickly as possible.
When I picked it up, a couple of things had been overlooked. I called Paul, and without hesitation he told me to bring it back whenever I could and he’d take care of it on the spot. That’s exactly what happened—they corrected everything right away, even addressing a few additional issues while I was there.
What I appreciate most is not just that they fix my bike, but how they treat me as a customer. Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted, made to feel at home, and treated with respect. Things happen in life that no one can control, but how a shop treats its customers is something they can control—and these guys go above and beyond.
I would definitely recommend this shop for all your motorcycle needs. They’ll not only take care of your bike, but they’ll also make sure you feel comfortable and satisfied every step of the way.
