CJM I stopped in last week to try on a black wool Rancher’s vest. The XL fit a little snug, and they were out of stock on the 2XL. A gentleman approached me and offered to order the 2XL and have it shipped directly to my home, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his help, the vest arrived in just two days. The 2XL fits perfectly and has plenty of pockets. It’s extremely warm when layered with a flannel and an overcoat, and it performed very well during the freezing weather we had this week. The only downside is that a few of the snap buttons don’t fasten properly and tend to pop open with minimal movement while working. I’m currently looking for a remedy for the snap buttons. Overall, I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the young man at the College Station location and his willingness to go the extra mile.
