Jamie Patrick This was the most polite and helpful customer service that I have seen anywhere in many years. I dont ship very often, so I asked about whether my package wold be ok the way I had it packaged. Debi not only answered honestly, she went out of her way to get me the proper box and saved me money. She even gave me her marker to address the new box without having to stand in line again. It is a comfort knowing that manners still exist.

Lesly Milan Ive been to just about every thrift store in Austin/ San Antonio and this is still my favorite place ever! I grew up in Weimar and moved away but still make trips back on occasion just to shop here. Thrift stores nowadays rack up prices for no reason, which defeats the purpose of thrift stores. Second chance is super affordable and has awesome things. Most of my closet is made up of things from there. I love it and will continue to shop here forever :) the only criticism i have is the cash only policy. I feel like id be more inclined to spend twice as much if I could use my card. Maybe little hand held square/ toast devices would help. Or even a Venmo account. I know it could be harder for the older cashiers but maybe having a check out lane specifically for cards with someone who knows how to fix any issued would be great!
