Sofia Came across some very nice young ladies, went ahead and asked for their name and it was Anahi and Diana. Very sweet girls made me feel very welcomed especially after my first experience in going to Plato’s. This skinny girl with long hair and she had some boots on was very unwelcoming towards me. Made me feel uncomfortable so just ended up leaving but I had to come back because my coworkers talk about how yall have nice things. Which I ended up coming back feeling very welcomed by these young girls! They should be recognized!!

Lupita Villegas Outstanding Customer Service Experience I had an exceptional experience at the Dillard’s store, thanks to Levita’s outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to show me where the petite sizes were located. Levita also assisted me in finding the correct size, making the shopping experience both efficient and enjoyable. Although I initially planned to browse, her excellent service led me to purchase several items totaling nearly $600, which I was more than satisfied with. This level of professionalism and care truly reflects the high standards of Dillard’s.

The building is an old mercantile and the owner is fantastic and engaging. She is passionate about creating a space for local artisans to produce their amazing wares!

I am 8.5 months pregnant now and found a dress, shoes and earrings for my baby shower the day before. I felt so beautiful and comfortable. Thank you Barbara!

Smiley Face If you like good prices and good clothes, you will love this store. I come here often to shop and Burlington does not disappoint. The store has a lot too offer in a clean package. This Burlington is very clean. The clothes are not on the floor, the shoes are neatly arranged, and the miscellaneous aisles are organized as well. The cleanliness of the store really amplified the shopping experience. The employees were very nice and helpful. They assist you with whatever you need. There’s also an employee at the entrance making sure nobody is stealing. TLDR: nice, clean Burlington with kind employees. 5/5⭐️ would recommend
