Tillys - (Near McAllen, TX)

Viviana I wanted to leave a great review for the customer service I received from a wonderful lady name Zeina. She delivered great customer service while she was helping me at the register. Zeina went above and beyond, answer my questions regarding rewards, very attentive, and on top of that was very friendly and positive. Happy to see JCPenny has hired a person like Zeina as it puts a great face to the brand/name I will be returning soon to shop and hopefully to see her there again. Thank you team!!

Debbie Rieger I like shopping at JC Penney’s. The clothes are good quality and in my budget. Most of the time, the employees are friendly. I didn’t give more stars because of that and last time I was there, upon check out, they talked me into applying for a store card. (I used to have one until it became a card I can use anywhere. I already have those and like the store cards because they are not as apt to be stolen). Anyway, since they said would get an extra 35% off my purchase, I grudgingly applied. When they tried to use the new card number, my purchases didn’t qualify for the discount because everything I bought was on sale! Now I didn’t get the promised discount, and I have a credit card I don’t want!

Alli Mills Love this store, you can find big brands for cheaper prices. As far as "outlet" stores go they are sooo clean/organized. Very friendly staff too! Open and closed on time every time! (Not the same as "Bealls" this is "Bealls of Florida")

Chili Came in for a nose ring emergency and the guy that was working around noon on 11/16/2024 was extremely helpful. He offered his name and I unfortunately forgot it but he deserves recognition for his customer service. I think he Had a beard and gauges.

Veronyka Kiss The girls are awesome! Always helpful. I go there so much and order so much online that they call me when I get a package because they know I forget some times. Now that’s customer service!!
