1 /5 Billie Jeraminas: Only in Tyler, Tx can a TJ Maxx be worse than Ross. Does corporate even visit? I love TJ Maxx & the last 3 times I’ve been in I say I’m never coming back. This time I mean it. First of all the store is gross, it looks like a garage sale threw up in there. The employees are incredibly rude. I have been in multiple meetings times where associates stocking shelves will literally just push through you to get where they need. They will walk up without saying a word & push through you to put things on shelves. My husband is a disabled veteran who needs a cane most of the time & these people are so disrespectful, they just push through him. This photo though… an hour before closing, AN ENTIRE HOUR, they are blocking the entrance so that people can’t get in. Is that the store policy? I get that working in retail sucks, we have all been there. But, you all are in the customer service industry. Do better or find a job where you don’t need to work with the public.
