1 /5 Miguel Cantu: I ordered an ice chest that was clearly advertised with “Free Shipping.” After completing the purchase, the seller called me and said I needed to pay extra shipping charges over the phone — something that was never mentioned during checkout. This felt like a bait-and-switch and came off as very unprofessional. When I declined to pay more, they told me I couldn’t get a refund and could only receive store credit, even though the item was never shipped. That’s not a return — that’s them refusing to honor the terms of the sale. I ended up filing a dispute through affirm. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless they improve their honesty and business practices.

5 /5 Ellen Robinson: Absolutely LOVE Tootsie Lou’s!! We found this boutique by total accident when in Wichita Falls for my daughter’s doctor appointment and absolutely fell in love! Now when we come into town we have to stop by “our boutique”. The owners are absolutely beautiful people and every staff member we have met has been wonderful! It is the highlight of every trip to Wichita Falls!

1 /5 Aurora Rose: I thought Id try somewhere local to look for a birthday gift for my sister. What is up with this place?! I went after work, Im just in plain black clothes and a cardigan. No hoodie or backpack or anything. The entire time they have these girls staring directly at me from feet away. If at any time I moved so that I wasnt in their direct line of vision? They moved with me. They didnt even try to be discreet. One of them had to use the bathroom or something and had another girl switch creeper post I tried to shop and not let it bother me, but goddamn! Kinda hard to focus with the eye of Sauron blazing a hole in your back. I can only imagine how much money they lose by acting this way, because i know that i sure wont be back, and I cant be the only one
