5 /5 Kim Hatton: I bought some shoes I definitely need surpassed need. I bought a pair Friday and returned Saturday to pick up the other pair on hold. Around 2016/2017 I purchased 2 blazers there on a stopping whim or else I might have never gone in there. To this day I still have one of the blazers. The other one was well worn. I hope to enjoy my slingback pumps.

1 /5 The Glitz Skin Studio: The most unacceptable thing a boutique can do is make their return policy so difficult it feels like a trap. I purchased a “one size” two-piece set that didn’t fit when I tried it on at home. I NEVER wore it. I brought it back the very next day with my receipt and the tag (which I had removed but kept with me), only to be told they wouldn’t exchange it because the tag was “tampered.” ARE YOU SERIOUS?! So basically if I had worn it, sweat in it, and just pinned the tag back on, they would’ve gladly taken it back? But because I was honest and brought it back unworn with proof of purchase, I was denied. That’s backwards, unfair, and shows zero care for customers. This was my first purchase here and will definitely be my last. A business that values nitpicking policies over customer service will never see repeat business from me. If you value your money and want to shop somewhere that actually stands behind their products, avoid this place at all costs.

5 /5 Keila P: I love this store; I always find a great variety of clothes and shoes. Its the first place I go when I need a good outfit. The staff is very friendly, and the clothes Ive bought there have always been excellent. I highly recommend it.

1 /5 Queen!!sshh Queen Star: People should not be able to try on white shirts or anything white period. Mr.Pablo declined my purchase that was purchase days before but met deadline on exchanging . Due to purchasing so many shirts,I didn’t take the time out to check every single spot on the shirts and other clothing. That’s on my behalf.There was a spot on the side of one of the shirts towards the bottom where the staff took off the security tag. So really no one seen it apparently. I also shopped and tag the store for more people, models etc to stop bye. I’m very big on customer service & today it was not met. Mr.Pablo stated that he can’t take the shirt back due to he doesn’t know if I did that or not and there is an policy stating you must check your clothing before you pay for it (exchanges/refunds). So HEADS UP TO FORMER CUSTOMERS of Trend Mall on Westheimer & Dunvale, PLEASE CHECK EVERY SINGLE SPOT ON YOUR CLOTHING IF YOU WANT TO GET A PROPER EXCHANGE, or you will get the same result I did. Customer Service is number one in returned customers⭐️ #God1st
