2 /5 Kristi K. Wilson: I used to enjoy shopping here but my last experience was less than stellar. Usually they have friendly staff, but nobody greeted any of the customers or offered assistance. The two younger ladies working seemed more interested in their personal conversation and looking at their phones. I found an item I was going to purchase, and after having several of the punchcards filled I wanted to use them. I was told very rudely that I couldn’t use my punchcards on the purchase. I asked if they could honor it as I had spent quite a bit of money there and never had a chance to use them and was not notified or told any of the other times I was there that they were no longer going to honor them. After the rude attitude back and no desire to ask her manager, I decided that I would rather spend my money elsewhere where they are friendly, helpful and appreciate their customers.
