Sarah Wells I placed an order in AUGUST for my sons baseball uniform. Its October and still have yet to receive it. When our team store closed my order "failed to print" and was never submitted. I was told my son would be given a temporary jersey in the mean time and it was like pulling teeth to get them to honor that! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
Edited to add i was promised a sublimated JERSEY because they had ordered extras. I did not get a jersey but a sublimated tshirt and I still had to get on their case a few times to make sure I got that. Its been ridiculous dealing with this.
And I have yet to receive the helmet decal. I was told I would be able to exchange pants (your employee said you ordered extra) and today I was asked for the third time what size my son even is. Please tell me why when you are sent a roster(s) from the coach no one ever thought to verify you actually had an order for that player. No one verified my money I paid matched an invoice. How do you even do business like that? Please dont act lime your company has been accommodating. This is a situation your company created, not me. I placed my order in August like I was supposed to and here we are in October still waiting on itmto be rectified.
