Among other things, seeing how different communities come together to share their different traditions and customs in harmony. This time we celebrated the Japanese community! A community full of beautiful traditions that attract other communities to share their great culture! We had a great time walking, shopping, eating, and watching the different presentations. Preston Gleaton Brackish Goods is such a cool spot in New Braunfels! They’ve nailed that beachy, river-life vibe with a great mix of clothing, swimsuits, and accessories. A lot of people might assume it’s mostly for women, but they have a fantastic selection of men’s clothes too. When I picked up and felt the shirts, I figured I was about to pay $90 or $100, but the prices were actually extremely reasonable! The thick, high-quality material feels like it will last for years! Definitely a must-visit if you want to stay up-to-date with the river lifestyle in New Braunfels.
