Kwik Pick I spoke with the owner Tony over the phone for quite a bit. He is in Texas and I am a locksmith in Phoenix, Arizona and he was having some Lock issues. We were able to walk him through the problem over the phone and got to talk to him and what a great guy he is. Running a family business for longer than I have been alive. Alexander Santos ***FOR ENTITLED CUSTOMERS***: Keep in mind that these stores only accept clean, trending clothes from certain brands that the younger demographic actually buys. That’s not the employees’ choice, they’re simply following instructions from higher ups . They also typically don’t take formal wear, and staff will tell you that when you turn in your clothes. Walking in with dress clothes and expecting a payout will only lead to disappointment, and complaining to the staff won’t change that, Mr. or Mrs. Karen. Plenty of people claim their clothes are “practically brand new,” yet when staff checks, they find stains on the inside or other areas. Who’s going to buy that? If your items don’t meet the store’s standards, it’s not personal it’s policy. Retail workers already deal with enough nonsense on the job. Show them the same respect you expect in return. Before you snap at an employee, ask yourself, how would you feel in their shoes? If this hurts your feelings, take it as a reality check.. the whole world doesn’t revolve around you :)
