She sets such a positive tone, and it really shows in how smooth and friendly everything feels. The staff is always kind and ready to help, and I love that I’m greeted as soon as I walk in — it makes the experience feel personal. The store is consistently clean, organized, and easy to shop. The signs are clear, the aisles are neat, and everything feels well taken care of. Thank you, Joanne, and the whole team for always creating such a great shopping experience. This is honestly one of my favorite Ross locations because of you all!

Paula Rnea Everything about this store is awesome and beautiful. I will never forget the battles of cancer. I lost my best friend of 29 years to tounge cancer after the loss of her full tounge and half her ESOPHAGUS after 3 years her life. Your store made me in some way fighting cancer and winning. Thank you for your help for all these strong, and brave wemon who are crushing cancer.
