It was super clean which is important to me because in some second hand stores, I suffer massive allergy attacks from the dust and such. We were greeted by multiple employees and I found great t shirts for work. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you check it out.

I went to sell clothes and three pairs of good shoes, and they informed me all of their procedures and policies with either donating the unaccepted items or picking them up if they aren’t accepted. I was not wanting to donate my good basketball shoes so I decided to choose the pick up option when I came to pick them up, I was told they were all donated and that I had to pick them up a day after I got the text that my Clothes were looked at. No one ever told me anything about that policy so when I came to pick them up, I had nothing to come home with probably $200 worth of clothes just down the drain terrible customer service.
