1 /5 J Arroyo: Looking for the zero star option. Went in looking for a couple outfits for a photo session, left the store empty-handed. Had at least 6 garments in my hands, but not a single person working acknowledged me and I pretty much walked the entire store. No hello, no dressing room, nothing. Mind you- it’s a slow Monday afternoon and I was one of three customers in there.

1 /5 THE BEGINNERZ -: We visited the store on 9/12 and it was clear that customer service is not equal. Its sad to have to mention but we are hispanic, Upon entering, we received no greeting or offer of assistance, while other customers were treated with courtesy. This was quite uncomfortable, and it is crucial that the staff treats all customers equally, regardless of their background. I am not speaking only by what i felt, but i also spoke to another customer that moment that felt the same way. Please do better. We love your product but cant keep coming back to such customer service.

Great selection of women’s apparel, from lounging to professional to partying, shoes, jewelry etc. The store is nestled in a corner next to the Cotten patch and Old Navy in the Wolf Ranch shopping center. The ladies working were helpful! Found the perfect dress, $50.

Abby Owens YOU MUST STOP HERE! Higher-end clothes with great prices, styles for all ages (literally every age)! The atmosphere is warm and cheerful with awesome Christmas music playing. The employees are extremely kind and very helpful. Whether you are needing help with an outfit or need something special for a gift this is the place to go! And did I mention the amazing store smell?! I love the candle scents they burn, the clothes even smell amazing when you leave (so much that I dread washing my purchases from there because I dont want to lose the scent)! I love this boutique and the people that run it! THEY ARE AMAZING!
