1 /5 Sarah Silva: Customer service and speaking to your customers politely goes a long way. So disappointed in this store. I really Wanted to keep shopping here as the quality and prices are great but the rudeness of the what I assume to be a manager today will keep me from ever spending money here again. I bought a dress, some boots and a jacket yesterday for an event I needed to go to last night. I ended up wearing something else so I brought the dress and boots back to return and kept the coat since I can wear it with other pieces. The girl that was helping me was nice but when the other girl came over to ‘inspect’ the items accused me of wearing the boots and scuffing them up. I told her they were like that when I bought them which is prob why they were so deeply discounted. She argued that she was the one who sold them to me and she looked at them and they weren’t like that yesterday. I said I promise I didnt wear them and offered to show a picture of what I wore instead if she didn’t believe me and she still refused to refund my money. I told her I wont be back if that’s the case and she said ‘that’s fine’. So apparently this store, which was completely empty at 1pm on a Friday (and a school and work holiday for most), is doing just fine and doesn’t need my business. If she had said we just can’t refund because they were on sale, then I would have accepted that. But the snarky and accusatory tone and speech was unnecessary.
