5 /5 rachel !: I recently visited this location to buy a dress for my birthday. The service was exceptional the young lady guide me to exactly what I was looking for. She even brought different sizes and styles to try on. I was amazed at the experience I received felt as though I step into a luxury boutique. Will definitely be coming back.

1 /5 Fernando Perez: My girlfriend had ordered a dress from here and proceeded to wait 10 days for it to be shipped and delivered it even said it was going to arrive in a specific day just for it to not even arrive in that day but the next. And once she had gotten it she would open it and it’s not even the dress she had ordered. She had ordered a navy blue dress just to be given a red dress, that doesn’t fit and doesn’t even match her nails. She had called asking for a reason as to why this had happened and not once they had mentioned about a refund but only mentioned 2 coupons for a 20% off and an express delivery. She spent a good portion of money just to get some random dress she didn’t even like nor ordered.

I walk in pick up two items begin walking to the counter and I hear someone yell with anger "GIRLS BRING EVERYTHING OUT OF THE FITTING ROOMS DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING!" no please no thank you. I see two girls at the counter one girl (black hair blonde ends) looks at me says nothing looks back down at a piece of paper another girl (curly black hair and glasses) looks at me then looks at the girl and proceeds to look at the paper with her they share a laugh about something...im still standing there. The curly hair girl says nothing picks up my stuff rings it up asks if I have an email I say no I pay she says "receipts in the bag" I really needed the items but wish like hell I didnt. Like come on what is wrong with your employees?? Do you not pay them to provide customer service? Maybe look into getting self check out because those girls dont care about customer service at all! Shopping should be a pleasant experience. You never know what others are going through! Its an asset if you can do your job and provide good service. If you cant fully do your job quit! No customer service and yelling at customers like they are toddlers to do YOUR job is disgusting and a total liability!
