1 /5 Grace Fincher: My friend and I recently visited the store. We spent our day at the mall finding a concert outfit. I purchased some items from Windsor and went on to find another outfit elsewhere. When returning to Windsor to return my items the manager and employee were nothing working the register. The manager took my bag and said that the hat that I bought less than an hour ago couldn’t be returned. I’ve read the policy and nowhere does it say hats cannot be returned. But quickly as she said that the manager then ran to the back to let her employee deal with it. I stood there quietly and allowed the lady, “April” to exchange the certain other items that were deemed acceptable. Because if it’s company policy then who am I to argue, right? At the end of our interaction I thanked Mrs. April for handling the situation professionally and told her I would have LOVED to have had a conversation about all of this instead but she was too busy hiding in the back. So here we are. Unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior.

5 /5 Sweety ONeal: I made a random trip looking for a particular sweater and I was doubtful they had it. Luckily they did but it was moved to a different area...EVERYONE IN THE STORE took turns to help find it! Not only did they find it I SAVED MORE THAN I SPENT! The sale was amazing but the customer service vibes gave "girls girl".

2 /5 Thalia Castro: The clothes are super super cute but this afternoon, not knowing that they close at eight I was changing into some outfits While they’re coming off my body, literally the lady was sweeping under my stall Then states “pick up the merchandise off the floor” They literally just fell off my body while changing out of the clothes anybody who walks into a dressing room and takes off clothes, put it on the floor, then picks it up and put it on a hanger , The lady with the mohawk was very rude will not be back, which is a disappointment !
