Giselle Schneider The ladies in the shop did an outstanding job for my mothers funeral back in March. They made and coordinated over 30 arrangements for the funeral. They transported the flowers to the funeral home, to the graveside and then helped us get some of the plants back to our house. They went above and beyond. I have never met such a caring, helpful, and detail oriented bunch. I highly recommend this shop for ALL your needs! I was able to get gifts for friends back home (Oregon) in the shop, get flowers for the funeral and send out thank you flowers too. The kindness they showed our family was so heart warming.

Summer Le Anna was so helpful! I was in there last minute to buy a dress for a friends wedding since my original dress didnt arrive in time. She helped me with sizes and zipping, very detailed and made she you were taken care of. Even had heels for me to try with the dresses.

The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to shop in, with a great variety of clothing, shoes, and home essentials at affordable prices. Everything was easy to find, and the checkout process was smooth. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. After I finished shopping, I was assisted by Roy, who went above and beyond to make sure my visit ended on a positive note. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Roy took the time to answer my questions, helped me with my items, and made sure I left completely satisfied with my shopping experience. I’ve visited several Burlington locations, including the one in Richardson, but this store has definitely been the best experience by far. The staff here is friendlier, the store feels more organized, and the overall atmosphere is much more welcoming. It’s rare to find such attentive and dedicated employees these days, and Roy truly deserves recognition for his excellent attitude and commitment to great service. Because of his help, I’ll definitely be returning to this Burlington location and recommending it to others. Thank you, Roy, for your professionalism and for making this the best Burlington experience I’ve had!

There is a wonderful spirit of welcoming womanhood with so many desirable items from the basic outfit to Fort Worth attire and everything that goes along with it! There is glam and then there is glam FW! I keep going back to enjoy what they carry and offer in each season throughout the years I’ve moved here. They labor in an incredible and intense way to keep their social media attractive and up to date. Go, enjoy and make plans with your lady friends, daughter or visit individually and prepare for the treat! I must add the prices are right there. Support this fabulous local establishment. Who else would have this amazing wallpaper in the dressing room? It is soooo WORTH it!♥️
