Alex got me set up with some safety gear for my new longboard. They even showed me how to use the app to get some free stuff. Thank you all for the help! Peace and love and blessings to yall.

1 /5 Shdw.exe.005: New store manager is rude gave me and my cousin attitude when returning a item that we wanted to swap out he then tried to force us to buy another item so we wouldn’t mess up his stats we refused and he got aggressive saying not to act that way and to be cool trying to shove stickers into my hand will not be coming back and will be filing a complaint

5 /5 Brandan Brown: If Andrew is a representation of what the skate community is then its full of amazing people. Im 33 and I bought my first longboard today. Couldnt find the store in the maze that is Tanger Outlet so I called and Andrew stood outside on a bench so I could find him. Real chill dude never once judged and even cracked jokes to make me feel welcomed. A real wealth of knowledge. I was in the store for over an hour trying to decide, was never rushed or ignored when I had a question. Ultimately I couldnt find a board that spoke to so drew called another store and asked them to hold a board for me and introduced me to someone at that location that knew as much as he did. Ended up buying my board from the other location but still called back to tell drew thanks for all the help. I told him what I got and remembering what we discussed he said "yep it checks all your boxes man great choice" if youre new to this world meet someone like Drew!
