Chance Hendershot I visited 3 other local western stores in Waco, Boot Barn was the only one that acknowledged us in the store. Ron went above and beyond with helping me find a pair of dress boots and a Stetson hat. Definitely a first class crew and completely customer focused.

Brandie Brown Ive always loved build a bear as a child and still go today. One of my favorite things now is the buy 2 for 45 sale they do all the time. And the fact that they rotate bears a lot and always are coming out with new merchandise. If the bear you want is not in stock you always have the option to order online and take it to a store to fill so you still get the experience with your fuzzy friend. Not to mention all the close you can dress them in, after buy a fuzzy friend you have the option of adding a smell, clothes, sounds and a box/ home to put them in (but you dont have to) Or if you rather make it a quick and easy gift you can order everything thing online and still get to watch it made with virtual experience. A person can always bring back there stuffed animal and get new clothes, a new smell (they tend to smell good for several months) and get it stuffed again when it starts to go less fuzzy or extra loved. But in the end build a bear is Fun for all ages thanks to the wide arrange of options everyone will be able to find something they like.

Conley Williams We went to Waco store today to help my son get some good clothes. We were helped by a young lady named Avia. Told her that son needed an outfit for interview.She directed us to several coats and suits. Son is very large and needs large clothes that fit. She assured us she could find what he needed. After doing some measuring and questioning she had him try on several. After deciding on a suit, she advised could get this particular suit but it would have to be ordered. It was on sale and available. She helped us find a couple of nice dress shirts w it that also were priced right that would fit. She said they had a taylor come in and could fix coat, pants, shirts if alterations were needed. Robert the mananger was very helpful and promptly finished us up and assured us we could be fitted when the taylor was in and suit came in. Pleasant experience and we will be buying there again.

Alyssa Camarillo beautiful ladies working 9/4 and 9/5 are exceptional. I had a mishap with my online order completely my fault and they were so kind and understanding. fixed it right up and had me on my way in no time. i was initially only going to be purchasing the one thing, but after that experience I’m already shopping online with torrid again. if those ladies see this, thank you SO MUCH for your help. I live 35 min away so your knowledgeable and kind response made everything so smooth for my drive into Denton for the week!
