Emmy L. This Ross, in my opinion, has the best staff. Some of the cashiers could be a bit more friendly, but the manager is awesome and the loss prevention person is so nice. I usually always find more things at this Ross, when its stocked.

Catherine Goeddey Ive always seen this place but had never been in. It was recommended to us by a gentleman at Mens Warehouse because we wanted a different fit than what they offered. We were immediately greeted and there were several helpful employees happily giving pointers for my husbands first suit since retiring from the military. The tailor did a great job! The lady who sizes shirts was super helpful and the lady at the register was a joy. I love this place and will drag him back for more fancy attire!

Crystal Mullins Got a London Fog trench coat here for $32 dollars today. Kohl’s always has a plethora of clearance items, and today there was a friends and family additional 25% off coupon that even worked on clearance items. It almost felt like I stole the coat. The store is always clean, parking is convenient and plentiful. Store is rarely out of anything you go there for and if they are there is a kiosk available to order the items and have them shipped to the store or your home. The people who work here are friendly, approachable, and eager to help with any questions you may have.

Joelene Glavin This location needs to calm down on pricing. I think whoever decides prices has forgotten this is a thrift store NOT a fancy boutique. Ive seen clothes priced higher here then in store brand new. Also since I have NO choice but to check myself out, I cant see why your prices would go up. I should have a choice between self checkout and a cashier. I do not work for value village so why am I working when I shop there? I will give them this though, their selection is nice but again the prices are too high. I literally get mad while shopping here. Due to overpriced things and lack of customer service (in regards to check out, not the employees themselves) I do not go here unless I absolutely need something I cant find elsewhere in town and I know im not alone in this. Do better value village. Get your prices under control and rethink your only self check out methods. Also better weekly sales would be nice but yall cant even do that with your ridiculous prices. Come on its time to reevaluate your systems.
