I wasn’t expecting to need help, but after asking a single question, I ended up receiving a lot of assistance in finding the kind of items I was looking for, and it made my trip much more productive and efficient than it would have been otherwise. The best available band size for me was not carried in-store unfortunately, but I was able to more confidently make an online purchase afterwards thanks to the help I got.

Everyone is super friendly and the store is very well maintained. The employees do a fantastic job. Each time I go in with a specific item in mind and leave with way more than I anticipated!! I will definitely continue shopping at the Kennewick Aerie store.

Everyone is friendly, the store is beautiful and always clean. The employees do a fantastic job. Each time I go in tp the store I leave with way more than I anticipated!! Being a plus size gal I have always had a great experience with the clothes and undergaents I have purchased. I will absolutely continue to shop at the Kennewick Aerie store.
