lilisa clothes are so cute but soooooo expensive. customer service has always been a hit or miss here, none of them really check in with you or ask if you need help and checking out can be really awkward since ive had times where the cashiers just completely ignore me and talk to their co-worker the whole time or just stay completely silent and only say the bare minimum. its hard to distinguish workers from actual customers since they just wander around, and theres been times where i feel a bit unwelcome in the store. also noticed that the dresses never really fit right, they hug my body really weird and makes it look like i weigh more than i actually do (if that makes sense). hard to find a lot of things in stock too

Jen Hall Went in to pay on my credit card, and found a shirt I liked on clearance $50.00, with 40% of clearance. Lovely lady during check out pointed out I had some rewards to use. Ended up walking out with shirt for less than a dollar with my Rewards points! Very happy customer! Have had great success in past bra shopping too. Ive always found staff very glad to help with my needs. Newer loyal customer. On following visit... Wonderful service. Had extra discount pointed out when ringing up sale at register. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite a selection and if they dont have in your size they will order for you. Will continue utilizing this store.

Terry Burbach I had a nice experience today while looking for a big and tall fit. I was a bit turned around and Salvador helped me find an associate to help me. After finding my selection I proceeded to check out. Salvador was very engaging and even asked my name and occupation. Ada Daniels I have great experiences shopping at The Children’s Place in Centralia. The store is always clean and organized, which makes it easy to shop. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially when I need assistance finding the right sizes. I drive an extra 30 miles out of the way to come to this particular store because of Kellie, Jess, P, Jess K, and Kristy. They provide the most amazing customers service that I have ever received. I love the variety of styles this store offers for kids — from everyday basics to cute seasonal outfits. The prices are affordable, and there are always good sales and promotions, which makes it even better for families on a budget. I have all my friends and family shopping at this store instead of the one nearest to us because of the great customer service, quality of the clothes, and the store’s atmosphere is welcoming. The quality of the clothing is also impressive. The items hold up well after washing, which is important for active kids. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely continue shopping here.
