4 /5 Michelle Cronk: Prices very reasonable for buyers, but dont expect much for consignment. I came in at end of my contract and was told I had a balance of $7.80--- for 2 items that sold, one a brand new Treasure & Bond (Nordstrom) flannel shirt and the other an ALC black merino wool knit dress, only worn once (photos below of exact dress that my neice modled).
They dont provide any breakdown of how much the items sold for or anything like that, so you just have to trust and be happy with what you get. So doing the math, those 2 items together sold for a little more than $20.00. So yeah, awesome deal for buyers, which is great for them!
The sales associate explained that they have to price things lower than Goodwill, and that most people that bring things in are doing so to make a few extra $ for the things they might otherwise have donated. In fact, most never bother to come and pick up their unsold items. I now 100% understand, but still feel a little sad.
